In October 2023 we surveyed to evaluate our eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score). This scoring system tells us how likely our employees are to recommend the myHomecare Group as a place to work.
We are proud to say that we have a Net Promoter Score of +50, versus an industry average of -2. This is a direct reflection of the hardworking, amazing people who are making a difference in our clients' lives daily.
The breakdown of our scoring is reflected in the graph on the right. On the likelihood they are to recommend someone, the Detractors are those who rated 0-6, Passives rated 7-8, and Promoters are those who rated 9-10.
