You will be responsible for supporting the establishment and maintenance of quality and clinical governance systems and processes across all areas  of the business to ensure a high standard of quality, care, and safety.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Management, investigation and reporting of incidents.
  • Internal audits within nominated timeframes.
  • Completion of regular comprehensive client file reviews.
  • Developing action plans for continuous improvement, along with partnering with our internal stakeholders to ensure these are implemented and delivered.
  •  Ensuring regulatory compliance requirements with the ACQS are met and maintained.
  • Building key relationships with relevant internal stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
  • Preparation of internal audit reports and presenting evidence-based findings.

Accounts

Ensure reconciliation accuracy and oversight of our client statement of accounts for Home Care Package funding. This will require operation of accounting systems, HCP software, Services Australia remittance advice and investigation of adjustments along with other accounting activities.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Timely and accurate generation of Monthly Statements for Care recipients according to strict guidelines.
  • Preparation of reports for internal auditing and claims to Services Australia.
  • Reconciliation of Home Care Package subsidy.
  • Auditing and reconciliation of individual client accounts.
  • Reconciliation of revenue between company finance system and HCP software.
  • Managing onboarding of clients through HCP software and government portals.
  • Manage client leave and discharge processes according to Aged Care requirements.
  • Maintenance of effective financial and management accounting controls and systems.

Customer Service Agent

Answering all incoming calls, with the objective of providing first contact resolution, using your problem-solving skills and customer first mindset.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding the organisation team structures to connect customers with the right areas across the business.
  • Monitoring emails and other communication platforms, with intent to action in a timely and professional manner to ensure close out of customer queries.
  • Documenting customer inquiries in the Customer Record System so that the inquiry and the outcome of the call have a clear record in the system.
  • Achieving the Key Performance Metrics required in the role in terms of the quantitative and qualitative metrics relevant to call service performance with customers.
  • Completing all administration tasks as required and liaising with the administration team.
