Sales Representative

Our Sales Representatives have a strong understanding of the sales process, building relationships, and will focus on solution-based outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a personal way. Often tasked with having sensitive and personal conversations,  Sales Representatives must be empathetic, personable and professional. 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Action all WARM inbound leads.
  • Active pipeline management.
  • Qualify leads for appropriate models of care.
  • Ensure all data received is accurately entered into our CRM.
  • Update and maintain CRM with all leads.
  • Engage with consumers, family members and/or representatives with empathy and understanding.
  • Inform consumers of the best available support we can provide through their level of Home Care Package.

The Sales Performance Leader provides continuous guidance to ensure the team have the foundational knowledge, product information and sales techniques required to achieve success.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day sales activities.
  • Thoroughly understand the organisation's sales strategy, goals, and objectives.
  • Continuous review of the target market, competitive landscape, key value propositions, and growth targets.
  • Effective sales strategy implementation to drive and achieve the growth goals of the company.
  • Monitor individual and team performance.
  • Utilisation of data and insights to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with other areas of the business such as operations, marketing, and recruitment.
