So, what does the role entail?
As an Occupational Therapist you will:
Provide allied health and home therapy services for our clients based around the Brisbane South area
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
Work with an experienced multidisciplinary team to support our community in their aging journey by providing a range of services encompassing individual and group sessions for our short-term restorative care, Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program etc.
Work with other therapists and liaise with clients and carers
Liaise with professional peers for the provision of equipment and modifications
Complete accurate reporting
Deliver excellent care for ageing Australians
We are looking for someone with:
Formal qualifications as an Occupational therapist and an unrestricted AHPRA Registration
Experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care customer service skills is desirable.
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001).
The right to work in Australia.
A current driver license, registration, and access to your own car with comprehensive car insurance.
