The opportunity:
We are looking for a Head of Sales Performance to motivate and guide the sales team to exceed our sales targets for new HCP clients. You will foster a collaborative and high-performance culture by enhancing the sales team's skills and capabilities.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager Self Managed Division, you will be joining the team in a newly formed role at a crucial moment in the growth of our business as we look forward to the Support at Home reforms.
